There is a significant difference between transferring an item that was received by one qualifying member of a group and give it to another qualifying member of the group and transferring an item, such as the from one of your characters to another of your characters. If you cannot otherwise facilitate this transfer yourself, Reybem, our In-Game Support staff would not be able to do it for you, I'm sorry. If you were permitted to transfer the item to another character you would be able to do it yourself. The purpose of a soulbound item, Revbem, is that it is intended to be usable only by the character that acquired it. I know there's not a way to do it myself, that's why I opened the ticket. The only things that can be transferred are account bound. It doesn't work that way, once they are learned by a character they can be deleted. You can not transfer soulbound items to another character, period.
